Welcome to The Wedding Console ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

The Wedding Console helps couples plan their wedding and helps wedding photographers and studios run their business. Accounts are personal to you; keep your login secure and do not share it.

2. User-generated content & zero tolerance

The App lets you post content — messages, photos, captions, and notes — and connect with other users. You are responsible for what you post.

Zero-tolerance policy. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone's rights, and you may not abuse, harass, or impersonate other users.

We provide tools to keep the community safe, and we use them:

Filtering of objectionable language when content is posted.
Reporting — every message and AI response can be reported from within the App.
Blocking — you can block another party you are connected with.

We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and act on them — including removing content and terminating accounts — within 24 hours. To report content or a user, use the in-app report/block controls or email support@theweddingconsole.com.

3. AI features

"Ask Rel" and Crisis Assist generate responses using artificial intelligence. AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete — please verify important details independently and do not rely on them as professional advice.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the App for anything illegal or to harm, harass, or deceive others.
Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App.
Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant us a limited license to store and display it so the App can function (for example, showing your messages to the people you're connected with).

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the App (Profile → Delete Account), which permanently removes your account and associated data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
